MAG- SEXUAL ABSENTENCE

Hello, readers! ;D I am Mag! Welcome to the blog that belongs to the 5 beautiful young ladies from the adviser council club- Asrah, Cherry, Chrome, Piggy and I!Today, I am going to touch on the topic "SEX" during a boy-girl relationship. Many teenager nowadays have sex with their boyfriend/girlfriend as they think that sexual intercourse is very common and that it's cool to have it. I can’t stop the march of progress as sex is so common on TV. And you can’t stop it, at least do it right.

Do it maturely and responsibly. BUT do not have sex just to stay your bf with you. If your bf says that he wants to have sex and say he will love you forever and mushy, romantic stuff, ITS RIDICULOUS!

Other than total sexual abstinence, only condoms currently provide significant protection against HIV and other STIs. Personally, I do think that the sex education taught in school is not adequate. Most kids find out about this topic from other sources like friends and magazines. Many magazines rampantly encourages sex. Although their target audience may not be aimed at teenagers, they still read it and, in the process, can be influenced. These kids will then perceive sex, any kind from premarital to casual, is all right. Younger generation may be very open to premarital sex. one of my friend openly confessed, "the mood just came, what."

However, there are 2 most common sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) that you might be transmitted.
Gonorrhea is a bacterial STD. Symptoms : A yellowish or greenish vaginal discharge and a burning feeling when urinating and can affect the anus and the throat. Gonorrhea can be treated with antibiotics in early stage. If left untreated, it can cause PID and infertility.
Human papillomavirus (HPV) cause genital warts. Genital warts may look like very tiny bumps in the genital or anal area. They may also grow inside the vagina or anus, on the cervix (the lower part of the uterus), or in the throat. Often the warts are too small to see. Often warts never develop at all, even though HPV is present. Most people with HPV never have any symptoms. There are various treatments for genital warts and early cervical cancer, but there is no cure for HPV infection. But of course not to over-generalise, there are people who still wish to wait till their marriage before having sex.

Do you really think you want to have sex to keep your boyfriend? Or do you want to have sex for a moment of pleasure/ fun/ curiosity? Why not have it when you are older and more mature? Always remember, Leave your virginity till marriage where you have only 1 partner. Till then, you will have a lower risk of having STDs and have kids.

Pray to Lord. He is always there for you, leading you ahead and pray sincerely for Him to use His power to help you.

Philippians 4:13
"I can do everything through Him who gives me strength."
