Many times I wanna get back with you...
but I know I shouldn't.

You sit in front of me in class.

I still miss you.

I see you've moved on, ...
But why am I still here with hope clutched between my fingers?

Why do I feel this way?

But these tears...

This is a confession from Jade.

She had loved Jack all her life since secondary school.
They were the perfect couple,
GORGEOUS POPULAR MATCH.

He, the uber striker in the soccer team.
She, the cheerleader president.

Everyday was happily spent with each other...
Who was to know...

Jack lusts over another girl, Janey.
In a dilema, he decides to double-time both of them secretly.
But we all know that for a relationship, there will never be unopened secrets.

Jade's bestfriend saw Jack with Janey.
And what happened next was anyone's guess...
She called Jade to inform her.

"Hey, Who are you going to trust? Your friend or your boyfriend?
I'm at Soccer practice."

Jade wondered whether it was true because he isn't himself these days.
They rarely met, rarely text, barely talked.
No, He's my boyfriend. I should trust him...
But...

Jade wants to confront Jack but she doesn't know how to.
Meanwhile...
"Who's that?" Janey asks.
"Oh, just a paranoid ex-girlfriend." Jack answers and snaps his phone.
Then turning to Janey with a coy smile he whispers,
"Now, where were we?"
Janey giggles and they kiss...
Phone conversation later that night...

Jade: Hey honey!~
Jack: Hi.
Jade: I haven't been seeing you for the past days, can we meet?
Jack: (*silence*)
Jade: Are you there?
Jack: Look, Jade...I....
Jade: Is it true?
Jack: What?
Jade: The rumours of you and Janey.
Jack: (*silence*)

You know..
let's breakup.

Jade: (*silence*)
Jack: We ...It's not the same anymore.
Jade: No!...Wait!... What's wrong with me? Tell me and I'll change! Tell...
Jack: Goodbye.

All that was left between them was a confused Jade and the dead phone.
Break-ups cannot be unprecedented.
But from break-ups, we can always strive to grow into a stronger person.
